A minority government to be in charge of Bulgaria
Bulgarian parliament invested the new government with powers on Monday the 27th of July. In 2008, EU has suspended or canceled several hundred million euros of funds on the ground of frauds. Brussels is requiring a better running of the member state as a proof of a change in bad political mafia-like practices. The government of the new Prime Minister Boiko Borissov is consisting of new faces of forty-year-old men and women, who are supposed to be breaking with the former compromised political caste which had mainly originated from the former communist secret service.
