All members of the Sofia local group (Borislava Miteva, Konstantin Kissimov, Mariya Ivancheva, Roza Zdravkova, Rosen Dimov, Stanimir Panayotov, Stefan Krastev and Tsvetelina Hristova) can be reached at transeuropasofia@googlegroups.com.

The average profile of the members is predominantly in the field of humanities and social sciences. The research focus of the group concerns mainly the topics of social movements, common goods (in particular natural resources), migration (in particular asylum-seekers, refugees, and EU labour market niches), freedom of the media, and issues related to LGBT, gender and Roma discrimination or integration cases. Among corresponding campaigns and projects, some of the group members are also active in the Open Society Institute, and community centres Xaspel and Red House; consequently, the latter are partners or venues in certain initiatives and activities.
